Resetting an HP Officejet or Photosmart All-in-One can be used to resolve a problem with a printer. This video shows the different types of resets that are possible. The settings shown in the video are specific to the model shown (Officejet 6500 E709), but the reset steps are applicable to all HP Officejet and Photosmart All-in-Ones.
